1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders via the online shop cixor.ch. The operator and seller is EquipE Solutions AG, Römerstrasse 172, 8404 Winterthur, acting under the brand cixor.ch. The offered volumes were lawfully acquired by the seller and are offered as part of a commercial resale. Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland.

2. Offer and availability

All offered volumes are lawfully acquired unique items. Each book exists only once. Adding to cart reserves the item for 30 minutes. A binding purchase contract is only concluded upon completing the order.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT at the legal rate of 8.1%. VAT is shown separately on the invoice. Shipping costs are added according to the ordering process.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods: TWINT, cash on delivery, invoice/bank transfer. For invoice payments, the amount is due within 10 days of receipt.

5. Shipping

Shipping is within Switzerland only. Shipping costs are shown during the order process.

6. Right of withdrawal

As these are unique historical collector's items reserved upon order receipt, the right of withdrawal is excluded (Art. 40a para. 3 lit. c CO: individually tailored goods). Claims for obvious transport damage must be reported in writing within 3 days of receipt.

7. Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, Switzerland.
